Anastasia Fischer (Founder/Leader)
Anastasia has been working as a Customer Experience designer and consultant in Internet-based product design and development since 1994. Her focus has been to define how online products and services function, with a primary interest in customer processes and their integration with business rules and back-end data systems. Ms. Fischer has worked on developing large-scale, complex, and globally-oriented systems and products for the following industries: Banking and finance, insurance, engineering, research organizations, entertainment, and licensing. She has a thorough understanding of a wide variety of software delivery channels as well as the issues they present. This enables her to design products and services that integrate both legacy systems and cutting edge solutions –- and have flexibility for future expansion.
